Oracle Helidon 1.4.10

Vulnerability in the Helidon product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Reactive WebServer). Supported versions that are affected are 1.4.10 and 2.0.0-RC1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Helidon. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Helidon. The Bzip2 decompression decoder function doesn't allow setting size restrictions on the decompressed output data (which affects the allocation size used during decompression). All users of Bzip2Decoder are affected. The malicious input can trigger an OOME and so a DoS attack
